Frequently Asked Questions.

Q. How long will it take to deliver my product? 

A. UK deliveries are typically within 3-5 working days. European deliveries 5-7 working days.

Q. Why do you not offer a next day delivery service?

A. We are not able to process our orders each day, so offering a next day service is not something we can do today.

Q. Can I return the goods?

A. Yes you may return the goods for a full refund of the product costs. Unfortunately carriage cannot be refunded, although we do provide you with free returns carriage back to us.

Q. Why is carriage so expensive for European deliveries?

A. Carriage is subsidised for our European customers. We would love it to be cheaper for you, but it is as low as we can make it !!

Q. What should I do if I have a query with my order or with the product I have received?

A. Please feel free to drop me an email at Amaya@CandleMagick.co.uk and I will help you out.

Q. What should I do if the product is received damaged?

A. Please drop me an email and I will replace the goods for you.

Q. How long after purchase can I return the goods?

A. Goods can be returned to us up to 28 days after purchase.

Q. Are the products made by Candle Magick?

A. Most products are bought in and resold by Candle Magick. Where advertised, home-made candles are made in the UK by Candle Magick.
